Bio
My practice is grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own journey; my role is to meet you wherever you are. I view therapy as a partnership where your goals and values take centre stage so that we can focus on what truly matters to you. As someone who is queer, neurodivergent, and a second-generation immigrant, I am deeply committed to holding space for the narratives and experiences that shape you and fostering an inclusive environment that honours your unique identities. Ultimately, my goal is to guide and support you in cultivating a greater sense of well-being and, together, move towards living a life that feels meaningful to you.

I am currently completing my Master of Education in Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto (OISE). Prior to graduate school, I earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Counselling and Mental Health from York University.
My professional experience includes roles in peer support, crisis response, clinical psychology research, harm reduction, and group facilitation. I have co-facilitated psycho-educational groups aimed at building emotional regulation skills, contributed to overdose prevention efforts in harm reduction shelters, and responded to individuals experiencing acute distress on a crisis helpline. As a peer supporter, I work collaboratively with diverse individuals navigating a wide spectrum of personal stressors and mental health concerns. Collectively, these roles have deepened my resolve to create a space where you feel truly seen, respected, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
