Bio
With warmth, patience, and presence, I strive to create a space where you feel safe to show up as you are. My approach to therapy is active, open-minded, and attentive to how our inner lives are shaped by the broader social and environmental contexts we live in. In addition to in-office and virtual sessions, I provide Ecotherapy, where our work happens outdoors. Whether we are tending to long-held patterns, working toward strategies for change, or making space for new ways of relating to your emotions, I bring a deep commitment to supporting you in uncovering calm, clarity, and a renewed sense of connection.

I completed a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from OISE/University of Toronto. I also hold a Master of Environmental Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Sustainability and Environmental Education from York University. Prior to moving to Canada, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Environmental Studies, and Sociology from Canisius University in Buffalo, New York.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, my work was rooted in environmental and food justice. I have led the development of a national kitchen- and land-based mental health promotion program, supported Indigenous-led efforts to revitalize traditional foodways, volunteered on crisis lines supporting people in moments of distress, facilitated therapeutic garden programs, and supported refugees and immigrants through the resettlement process. This work reflects my commitment to holistic approaches to health and wellbeing and culturally humble, community-centered care. These experiences have also influenced my desire to practice Ecotherapy and create space for new ways of being with ourselves, one another, and the world around us.
