I hold a Doctor of Education and a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto's Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE). My doctoral research was a program evaluation study of a university-based adult psychotherapy clinic, deepening my commitment to accessible and effective mental health training and services. I also completed a Master of Arts in Cinema Studies from the University of Toronto, which continues to shape my appreciation for narrative and meaning-making in therapy.
Over the past decade, I have provided psychotherapy and clinical training in academic, community, and private practice settings. I have worked in both clinical and training roles, including as Director of Clinical Training and as a Clinical Supervisor for Master’s and Doctoral level psychotherapy students. These experiences have enriched my understanding of, and appreciation for, the vast knowledge and wisdom of clinical learning and care.
