Bio
Life is full of challenges but you don’t have to face them alone. Collaboratively, we will create a safe space to explore these challenges, gain insights into your life experiences, and develop strategies to move forward with resilience and confidence. My approach to therapy is rooted in an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed lens, and I integrate a variety of modalities and approaches based on your needs. Together, we can work to build on your strengths and move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor. I moved to Toronto to complete a practicum specializing in service provision for 2SLGBTQ+ seniors living in long-term care, contributing to the development of the first dedicated 2SLGBTQ+ unit in long-term care in North America. Prior to this, I obtained a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Psychology from the University of Windsor.
I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including community mental health, healthcare, and social services. My experience includes supporting diverse populations through residential housing support, intensive case management, individual and group counselling, and crisis intervention. I am also involved in community advocacy and served as a member of the Senior Pride Network’s Advisory Committee, supporting initiatives that promoted inclusion, equity, and well-being for older 2SLGBTQ+ adults. In addition to my clinical work, I hold Adjunct Lecturer status at the University of Toronto and provide practicum supervision to master's-level students, helping to support the development of future mental health professionals.
