Bio
I believe wisdom and resilience already exist within you. My role is to help bring those strengths to light, bear witness to your lived experiences, and offer support and tools that help you cope more effectively. Together we will chart a new path and work through roadblocks so you can move toward a life aligned with your values. As an Asian-Canadian immigrant, I understand that conversations about mental health can sometimes feel unfamiliar, raw, or out of place. My priority is to create a space rooted in safety, autonomy, and non-judgment—where you can explore difficult emotions, deepen self-understanding, and make meaningful change.

I am currently completing my Master of Education in Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE). I also hold an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto.
My experience spans crisis response, peer support, hospice care, and psychiatric research. I edited psychological reports for refugee claimants at the Better Life Counselling Center and at Sunnybrook Hospital I conducted research on self-harm and suicide-related content on TikTok. As a peer supporter through the University of Toronto’s Health & Wellness service, I provide one-on-one emotional support to undergraduate and graduate students. These diverse roles have highlighted the psychosocial factors that contribute to well-being, which I aim to make space for and explore collaboratively in session.
